How do I start using VoiceTranscribing’s transcription services?
Just click here to get started. You need to complete the registration form with your contact information. Then we'll provide you an access to your own account at our website where you can upload your audio/video files and download completed transcripts. Alternatively, you can email us.
What kind of records do you transcribe?
We transcribe all kinds of audio&video records - Interviews, focus groups, medical reports, dictations, business meetings, conference calls, lectures, seminars, radio&video shows, sermons, etc. Our clients are journalists, professors, teachers, students, insurance professionals, doctors, psychiatrists, market researchers, lawyers, etc.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept all major formats of audio&video. We also accept links to audio&video files available on the web. We do not currently accept tapes, CDs, DVDs, etc.
In what format will I receive the completed transcripts?
Completed transcripts are delivered in MS Word (.doc) format by default. Please specify your delivery requirements when you place your order.
Do you provide timestamps?
We offer timestamps as an option when you place your order and select type of job for an additional charge of $0.25 per minute.
Do you transcribe multi-speaker records?
We transcribe multi-speaker records for the same price. Speakers may be referenced as "speaker 1", "speaker 2", etc., or "male" and "female".
Who will transcribe my files?
We hire only professional transcriptionists to deliver the best services to our clients. All transcripts are done by human transcribers, we do not use automated transcription software.
Do you have medical-trained transcriptionists ?
We have transcriptionists from a variety of backgrounds. Please, specify the topic of your records when you place your order.
Do you offer a discount for high volume?
Yes, we do offer discounts based on volume. If your project is over 5 hours of audio in total, please, contact us.
